Learn Indoor Rowing on May 8th from 6:00 p.m. to 6:50 p.m. at the Gallagher Centre Flexihall. Hosted by Saskatchewan Rowing Association.
Session is open to anyone who might be interested in experiencing the benefits of rowing and joining a community of rowers across the province.
Program includes:
- Learning proper techniques including body sequencing, breathing, and injury prevention.
- Setting up the rowing machine including damper settings and foot placement.
- Practicing a short workout to learn how to set the machine for training.
- Cool down and stretch.

All course withdrawals and cancellations are subject to a $10.00 administration fee, unless cancelled by the City.
