In celebration of the 125th Anniversary of the Yorkton Historic Flour Mill, the Yorkton Brick Mill Heritage Society will be hosting its annual heritage dinner on Wednesday, Sept 7th at St. Mary's Cultural Center, 155 Catherine St. Yorkton, SK.
Guest speaker is well known Saskatchewan Broadcaster Paul Martin who will tell of the importance of heritage to a growing community . A member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police will also share some of the history of the police force who is celebrating their 150th Anniversary. Other photos, displays and videos will be presented with a silent auction.
Tickets are available from any Committee Member or Frameworks in Yorkton - 306.782-8282. Proceeds to the Yorkton Brick Mill Heritage Society projects.
