Culture 365 is an opportunity for artists, organzations and cultural programs offered through Culture Days to be experienced and enjoyed again.
The first workshop of Culture 365 is Jamaican Cooking, brought to you by 306 Nyammings Catering Service. Registrants will prepare fried green plantain also know as Tostones (popular in the Caribbean and Latin American countries), served with corned beef and sweet corn.
Fried Green Plantain is traditionally eaten for breakfast in Jamaican but can also be enjoyed as a snack or an appetizer.
